All our comfortable suites are lit with natural daylight and fully air-conditioned. They run the latest versions of Avid Media Composer, offering seamless, complete post production workflows; whether in UHD or HD.
All suites are connected to our shared file storage system, enabling seamless multiple workflows. We can handle the vast majority of tape or file-based media formats in-house. They allhave access to our Harding FPA and Vidchecker AQC systems to ensure your programme meets OFCOM guidelines and can be delivered to all UK broadcasters as DPP-compliant files.
All of the suites also run the full Adobe Creative Suite, allowing seamless round-tripping between Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and all the other powerful post tools contained in the this suite of applications.
The Hall’s fully equipped audio suite is air conditioned, with great natural light and is based around a Pro Tools | Ultimate HDX system.
With audio/video connections and line-of-sight to the acoustically isolated voice booth, it’s a great place for V/O recording, either wild or to picture. The audio suite has full media access to the shared storage used by the edit suites, so transferring media to and from ProTools for sweetening, adding V/O and final mixing becomes a quick, seamless process.
As well as being ideal for TV post-production, our audio studio is also great for audio only productions. These have included radio commercials, audio books and podcasts. We offer source-connect, for connecting to a variety of different sound studios, enabling distance recording and live interviews with remote locations reducing the need for artistes based locally to travel to London, just to record a short V/O.
Our versatile in house studio is chroma key ready, with both blue and green screen available as well as a white or black cycs and, for larger projects, can be painted as required.
It is fully air-conditioned with a low-noise system and soundproofed to make for a practical and pleasant working environment.

Our Telestream Vidchecker system works in conjunction with the Harding FPA to ensure final programme masters are fully tested, certified and DPP compliant, ensuring that they will be accepted for delivery by all UK broadcasters and the majority of those around the world.
The Harding FPA (Flash and Pattern Analyser) analyses video in real time for flashing images and spatial patterns which can cause seizures in photosensitive epilepsy (PSE) sufferers. Programmes delivered in the UK, and most other countries, must pass this test and have a certificate prior to being accepted for broadcast.
Should material fail, it may need to be re-edited to correct any issues before a 'Pass' Certificate can be awarded. If your programme fails the test, we can advise on how to repair the material or can do this efficiently in one of our edit suites if required. We offer one free re-test for failed programmes.
