Presented by father and son team Dick and James Strawbridge, this series documented six months in the life of Daylesford, an organic farm in the Cotswolds. Its 2000 acres are home to cattle, turkeys, hens, five breeds of sheep, a market garden, a bakery, a butchery and a creamery. Giving viewers a taste of life on the farm, each episode captured the bounty of the changing seasons with inspirational recipes and showcased rural life in all of its rich variety.
The Hall carried out complete post-production for the series including offline, online, audio dubs and delivery to ITV.
